📄1. General Terms & Conditions

Betsmgm (betsmgm.app) is an online betting and gaming platform. By accessing this site or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between betsmgm and the member.

Betsmgm operates under a license from an international gaming authority. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes for eligible adults and is not available to anyone under 18.

Betsmgm's services are available only in regions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is the member's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their own country or region.

👤2. Account Rules

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on betsmgm:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — providing false details may result in account closure.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, both will be permanently closed.

• Large withdrawals may be held up if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is closing it early using the Cash Out feature.
• Betsmgm reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with betsmgm's established rules.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) gives betsmgm the right to void both bets.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on membership tier and sport type.

🎁5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Keep these terms in mind before claiming any bonus or promotion offer on betsmgm:

• Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement — the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• A promotion may generally not be used more than once per member, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds apply to Live Sports or casino games as specified in the bonus terms.
• Betsmgm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, betsmgm may investigate and temporarily lock the account if necessary.

🚫6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betsmgm and may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Attempting to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts under the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate the bonus system through any means.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to use betsmgm as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Minor's Account: If betsmgm is used by anyone under the age of 18.

🔒7. Account Suspension & Closure

Betsmgm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of any of the prohibited activities listed above is found.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If a member submits a self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the rules — however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.

🔄8. Right to Amend Terms

Betsmgm reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Following any changes, the updated version will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will reflect accordingly.

For significant changes, betsmgm will endeavor to notify members via their registered email address or through a platform notification. However, continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any ambiguity in these terms, betsmgm's interpretation shall be final. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with international gaming law and the guidelines of betsmgm's licensing authority.
